Job Description:

Gleantap is a Customer Engagement Platform that empowers businesses to drive revenue growth and improve customer retention through automated engagement strategies.

This role involves identifying, validating, and scaling effective marketing channels to drive consistent pipeline. The ideal candidate will design and run structured growth experiments across paid media, content, outbound, partnerships, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute A/B testing to validate marketing channel performance.
  • Analyze performance data to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop compelling messaging and positioning for small- to medium-sized businesses in the fitness/health industry.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and revenue goals.
  • Create playbooks for repeatable demand generation engines.
  • Advise on channel optimization and specialist hiring strategies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in growth/demand generation in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, Meta/Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • A generalist mindset with the ability to run experiments across multiple channels.
  • Proven track record of taking companies from experimentation to repeatable, scalable marketing channels.
  • Data-driven approach with a willingness to roll up sleeves and tackle challenges head-on.
