Job Title: Pre-Primary Education Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Pre-Primary Education Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating a comprehensive curriculum tailored for pre-primary school children, ensuring it aligns with educational standards and fosters a creative learning environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate educational materials and activities.
  • Develop lesson plans and educational activities that enhance children's cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Produce instructional videos to support classroom teaching and demonstrate various activities and learning processes.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of the implemented curriculum in the classroom and ensure that it is followed appropriately.
  • Collect feedback from teachers and students to make necessary adjustments, ensuring the curriculum meets both educational standards and the needs of the children.
  • Maintain and update curriculum documents, lesson plans, activity sheets, and other educational resources to ensure accessibility and effective teaching.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Curriculum Developer in pre-primary education, preferably in franchised schools like Bachpan Play School, Kidzee, or Modern Pride.
  • A strong understanding of child development, early childhood education principles, and modern teaching methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to evaluate curriculum effectiveness and make improvements based on classroom feedback.
