US Healthcare AI Transformation Leader

The role of AIML Technical Delivery Manager is pivotal in driving the transformation of the US healthcare ecosystem with cutting-edge AI and ML solutions.

This strategic position focuses on delivering, operating, and evolving scalable, production-grade ML models, with a special emphasis on US health insurance use cases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing the AI/ML programs technical strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs and company objectives.
  • Guiding architectural choices, experimenting with innovative technologies, and promoting technical best practices among AI teams.
  • Mentoring and managing a high-performing team of ML Engineers, MLOps, and Data Engineers.
  • Planning and overseeing end-to-end delivery of advanced analytics platforms and ML models for critical US healthcare applications.
  • Managing day-to-day technical operations, ensuring delivery meets scope, quality, and timeline expectations.
  • Acting as the primary liaison for US clients and leadership, bridging business objectives with technical solutions.
  • Translating complex requirements into actionable AI/ML projects.
  • Regularly communicating delivery status, risks, and workflows to multiple stakeholders.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12-18 years of overall experience, including 5+ years in delivery/AI project management and at least 3 years working directly in US Health Insurance or US Healthcare Analytics.
  • Hands-on expertise and leadership in end-to-end MLOps pipelines from data ingestion, model experimentation, deployment to monitoring.
  • Proven ability to take AIML solutions from proof-of-concept to production in the US healthcare domain, demonstrating measurable business impact.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI/ML algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure a plus).
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities; capable of interfacing with both technical and business audiences, including C-suite leaders.
