Job Title: Strategic Healthcare Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive digital transformation in the healthcare sector.

This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in healthcare IT, strong grasp of digital innovation, and proven track record in leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute digital and IT strategy aligned with organizational goals.
    • Act as thought partner in identifying emerging technologies and digital trends relevant to healthcare delivery and operations.
    • Represent organization in key internal and external forums when required.
  • Healthcare IT Management:
    • Oversee implementation and optimization of core healthcare IT systems (e.g., HIS, EMR/EHR, PACS, LIS, RIS, ERP).
    • Ensure interoperability, data integrity, and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., NABH, NABL, other standards in India).
    • Drive cybersecurity and data governance initiatives.
  • Digital Transformation:
    • Lead digital innovation projects such as telemedicine, AI/ML in diagnostics, patient engagement platforms, and mobile health apps.
    • Champion automation, cloud migration, and data analytics to improve clinical and operational outcomes.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Manage cross-functional teams including IT infrastructure, application development, and digital innovation.
    • Monitor KPIs and ensure timely delivery of digital initiatives within scope.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Work closely with clinical, administrative, and business leadership to understand needs and co-create digital solutions.
    • Communicate complex digital concepts in clear, business-friendly manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years experience in healthcare IT leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
