Transforming Brands with Visual Impact

As a Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in elevating our brand identity across various channels. From social media and sales materials to landing pages, website pages, whitepapers, and case studies—you will bring creative force to our marketing efforts.

  • Design for campaigns & events: Create visual assets for both offline events (booth designs, standees, banners, merch, handouts) and online presence (social posts, digital ads, email graphics, landing pages).
  1. Sales enablement materials: Develop sleek sales decks, brochures, one-pagers, and case study layouts that effectively communicate our message to prospects.
  1. Content design: Elevate long-form content like whitepapers, guides, and reports into engaging and easy-to-digest formats.
  1. Web & landing page visuals: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and refine website pages, landing page layouts, and visual elements in tools like Figma.
  1. Brand consistency & evolution: Ensure all outputs align with our brand standards while contributing to ongoing branding guidelines.
  1. Quick-turn requests: Handle day-to-day design asks from the marketing team (social media graphics, campaign visuals, event invites, templates) with speed and creativity.
  1. Trendspotting & innovation: Bring new design ideas and trends to keep our creative fresh and competitive.

What We're Looking For:

  • 0-2 years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally in the B2B space (agency experience preferred).
  1. Proficiency in essential design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  1. Figma (for web/landing page and collaborative design)
  1. Canva (for quick-turn marketing asks)
  1. Awareness of modern design trends and ability to adapt them into marketing assets.
  1. Strong portfolio that demonstrates versatility across digital, print, and web.
  1. Comfort with open-ended briefs and ability to transform vague requirements into clear, impactful outputs.
  1. High operator mindset—someone who delivers fast without compromising quality.

  • You've become the go-to design partner for the marketing team, handling requests across campaigns, events, and content with confidence.
  1. The marketing team is equipped with fresh, on-brand designs for sales decks, case studies, social media, and upcoming events.
  1. You've contributed to our new brand guidelines, helping to define the look and feel that will scale with us.
  1. You've built repeatable templates that enable the team to produce collaterals more efficiently.
  1. Your designs are not just visually appealing, but also measurably improving engagement across campaigns.
  1. You've earned a reputation for being a high-operator designer—quick, reliable, and always leveling up the creative quality of the brand.
