Design Associate Position Overview

This role offers a blend of graphic design, merchandise design, and branding responsibilities, ensuring visually compelling outputs across marketing, sales, and event-related projects.

  • Create product mockups, prototypes, and illustrations for merchandise and marketing collaterals.
  • Incorporate market trends and consumer insights into new merchandise collections.
  • Produce and refine high-quality graphics and illustrations for digital and offline use (social media, presentations, sales kits).
  • Collaborate with teams on artwork, branding, and event-related designs.
  • Take complete ownership of end-to-end expo and event design execution.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication.
  • Organize and manage design files for efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Stay updated on latest design tools, practices, and creative trends to enhance outputs.
  • Support in creating impactful presentations and sales materials for stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent.
  • 3-6 years of experience in merchandise, branding, or graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design work.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
