Visual Design Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our team. As a key contributor, you'll play a vital role in shaping the visual identity of our products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of design principles, including typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy. Experience with Figma and Illustrator is essential, while knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is highly desirable.

A comprehensive portfolio showcasing your range across brands, products, and motion is required. Your designs should demonstrate clear storytelling, agility, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Solid understanding of UI/UX is a plus, but not necessary as we'll work together to develop this skillset. Confidence in working on tight deadlines and fast feedback cycles is also a must.

Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality visuals that are clear, intentional, and rooted in solid design principles.
  • Develop and apply brand guidelines across all outputs.
  • Produce motion graphics, short videos, and micro-interactions using industry-standard tools.
  • Build templates and scalable assets for reuse by other teams.
  • Design for various formats, including events, print, and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, social media, and advertising.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers on visual elements, mockups, and screens.
Requirements
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and visual fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Illustrator, and After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Able to turn loose briefs or abstract ideas into clear and usable designs.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight timelines.
  • Ability to ask questions, challenge vague input, and design with context in mind.
  • Care about the audience and context of your designs.
