Visual Designer – Branding

We are seeking a skilled Visual Designer with expertise in brand identity design, packaging design, and design thinking. Our ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in developing and refining visual identities, including logos, typography, color systems, and brand guidelines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop cohesive design systems across touchpoints that translate brand strategy into visual storytelling.
  • Design innovative packaging systems for FMCG, consumer appliances, and lifestyle brands, balancing visual appeal, category differentiation, and functional practicality.
  • Work collaboratively with industrial designers to create structural packaging concepts.
  • Apply design thinking methodologies to solve client challenges with empathy and innovation.
  • Participate in workshops, brainstorming sessions, and co-creation sprints with clients and internal teams.
  • Contribute to design strategy presentations, mood boards, and concept pitches.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in industrial design, strategy, and engineering to deliver holistic, future-forward brand experiences.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in visual or graphic design, preferably in brand identity and packaging design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity systems, packaging design projects, and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with Figma, 3D, or structural packaging tools is an asset.
  • Knowledge of print production processes, materials, and packaging formats.
  • Strong grasp of design thinking principles and ability to articulate design rationale.
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategy and functionality.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
