Technical Services Leader

Job Overview:

The Technical Services Manager will provide comprehensive technical support across key polymer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical services and formulation support for targeted segments.
  • Develop and adapt formulations for local market requirements.
  • Conduct technical training for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Perform competitive analysis and recommend strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage lab operations efficiently and uphold quality and safety requirements.
  • Support customer complaint resolution and application troubleshooting.
  • Maintain lab equipment, calibrate instruments, and document results.
  • Participate in field trials and on-site customer visits as needed.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Chemistry or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 8 years of formulation experience in polymer dispersions/coatings with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of polymer science and standard test methods.
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver prompt, practical solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of core markets, competitors, and emulsion polymer technology.
