Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, business partnering, and commercial finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of annual budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and analysis.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and transparent financial information is provided to stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls to identify potential risks and drive profitability analysis for various business units.
  • Prepare monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) presentation decks for senior management, aligning reporting tools with accounting software ERP Infor LN.
  • Manage daily cash flow forecasts, assist in treasury and fund management, and engage with senior management and external partners for data compilation related to annual budgets.
  • Present analytical reports to management, educate oneself on best practices to increase work efficiency, and train team members to ensure quality deliverables.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, business partnering, and commercial finance, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • CA/MBA qualification required, with proven expertise in MS Excel and proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Experience working in MNC/Shared service setups with global teams, exposure to working with ERP software and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to think laterally, display adaptability to change, and maintain quality while meeting deadlines.
