Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our front desk and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling communications, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for staff.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in front office or receptionist roles.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and record-keeping procedures.
