  • Manage technology capabilities across the full SDLC (Architecture, Design, Development, Testing & Production).
  • Lead a collaborative team culture aligned with company values.
  • Support conflict resolution and promote open, honest communication.
  • Develop and implement Agile ways of working.

Technical Stack:

  • Languages & Frameworks: .Net, .net Core, Java, Microservices, ReactJS
  • Data: SQL Server, APIs, REST API, Databricks, Synapse
  • Agile & Delivery: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube), Azure Kubernetes
  • Tools & Platforms: GitHub Copilot, VS Code, Microsoft Azure
  • Security & Monitoring: Veracode, CA SiteMinder, MS Entra, PingOne, Azure AppInsights

What We're Looking For:

  • 8–14 years of experience with proven team leadership.
  • Strong expertise in .Net, Java, Microservices, Azure technologies.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, DevOps, and CI/CD.
