Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the hospitality, luxury housing, student co-living, or client experience sector. They should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to handle both student concerns and high-touch parent interactions with confidence and empathy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the overall hostel operations strategy.
  • Lead a team of hostel managers, support staff, and vendor coordinators.
  • Collaborate closely with the Programme Director and Parent Affairs Team.
  • Maintain proactive, transparent communication with parents.
  • Build trust and confidence across all stakeholder groups.
  • Oversee third-party vendors and partners involved in housekeeping, security, food, and maintenance.
  • Review and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), incident reports, safety checks, and compliance protocols.
  • Champion a positive residential culture.
  • Design initiatives to gather feedback and improve the residential experience.
  • Present regular reports on hostel performance and satisfaction.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to improve processes and policies.
