Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Senior Sourcing Manager, an integral position that will play a key role in strengthening our presence in the real estate market.

  • Sourcing New Developers: Identify and source new developers to expand our business pipeline.
  • Convert Channel Partners: Convert channel partners into long-term connectors to ensure a steady flow of new project mandates.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of projects and alignment with company objectives.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the real estate market.
