Key Responsibilities:
  • DLP Implementation & Configuration: Deploy, configure, and manage DLP solutions for email, endpoints, cloud storage, and web traffic. Integrate DLP with SIEM, CASB, and other security tools for centralized monitoring. Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) testing for new DLP features and updates.
  • Policy Tuning & Optimization: Regularly review and fine-tune DLP policies to reduce false positives and negatives. Conduct data classification and discovery scans to identify sensitive information. Establish role-based access controls (RBAC) to manage DLP policy enforcement.
  • Incident Response & Monitoring: Investigate DLP alerts and incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions. Escalate high-risk incidents to Security Operations Center (SOC) and Incident Response (IR) teams. Maintain incident response playbooks and coordinate mitigation strategies for data leaks.
  • Data Classification and Information Rights Management: Create and manage classification labels and content policies. Set permissions for users based on organizational requirements.

Required Skills: Hands-on experience with DLP tools (e.g., Forcepoint DLP). Strong understanding of data classification, encryption, and regulatory compliance frameworks. Expertise in network security, endpoint security, and cloud security. Experience in SIEM integration, CASB solutions, and data discovery tools.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent documentation and report-writing abilities.
