Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Lead with 5 to 7 years of experience to drive the design vision, build scalable design systems, and deliver intuitive user-centered digital experiences.

As a key player in shaping product experiences for doctors, patients, and internal teams, you will lead by example, guiding designers to create innovative, accessible, and delightful user experiences that drive adoption and impact.



Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma/Adobe XD
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions
  • Work closely with frontend developers to ensure design handoff and implementation quality
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices


Requirements:

- 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a mentorship role
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design, UX workflows, and interactive prototypes
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools
- Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, user research, and usability testing
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React, Angular) for better developer collaboration
- Experience with healthcare or SaaS product design
- Exposure to data visualization and dashboard design
- Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, or animation tools (After Effects, Principle, Lottie)
