As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for setting the overall design strategy and overseeing campaign execution to completion. You will collaborate with brand strategists, copywriters, and design teams to develop innovative content that helps brands increase awareness and solidify their consideration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with designers to interpret creative briefs and understand client objectives.
  • Apply design thinking to solve branding challenges and lead the visual direction across digital, social, and print mediums.
  • Prepare concept mood boards for client reviews, photoshoots, and campaign ideas.
  • Design cross-channel creative expressions in digital, print, motion, and design formats.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and design standards, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in visual communications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Breadth of style and design capability to deliver designs for clients.
  • Genuine passion for pop culture and everything advertising/marketing.

Experience:

Up to 2 years' experience in digital design and advertising.
