Job Opportunity:

The position of Real Estate Sourcing Manager/Associate is available for a client acquisition professional. This role requires an individual with expertise in sales and channel management to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of sourcing managers across site locations, driving sales performance through structured planning.
  • Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing KPIs aligned with project sales goals.
  • Source potential homebuyers and investors for ongoing mandate projects, leveraging local market knowledge and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Build and manage a lead pipeline by tapping into investor circles, high net worth individuals, and direct client sources.
  • Track quality of leads generated and converted by the sourcing team and pre-sales team, ensuring efficient lead conversion.
  • Coordinate with on-site sales teams to drive walk-ins, presentations, and closures, promoting seamless customer experiences.
  • Establish strong referral networks and partnerships with wealth managers, corporates, and local influencers, expanding the client base.
  • Act as a lead generator for the on-site sales team by driving qualified walk-ins and site visits, fostering collaboration between teams.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard new channel partners, corporate partners firms, and independent brokers, developing strategic relationships.
  • Conduct CP onboarding sessions and share project briefings, commercials, and marketing collateral, enhancing partner engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-18 years of experience in real estate sales, channel management, or client acquisition.
  • Graduate degree from any discipline, with MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate being preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Local market knowledge of residential, retail, and commercial real estate, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Self-starter with field sales DNA and high drive for targets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
