Job Role: TAG Implementation Specialist - SPE
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled TAG Implementation Specialist - SPE to join our team at People First Consultants. As a TAG Implementation Specialist - SPE, you will be responsible for implementing web-based products with customers, providing guidance and support, and training customers on how to use the products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with advertisers and internal sales and services teams via phone, email, chat, and video conferencing as needed.
- Perform and verify the implementation of web-based products with customers.
- Give guidance, support, and train customers on how to use the products.
- Employ strong, clear communication skills with customers and colleagues, displaying enthusiasm and a desire to succeed.
- Deliver high-quality service to customers, exceeding client expectations and quality scoring.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 4 years of experience in Customer Service for Large Customers, preferably in the tech domain.
- Excellent Spoken English at B2, C1, or C2 Level.
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing role managing Large clients.
- Understanding of different marketing objectives to consult accordingly.
- Experience in Google Ads (optimizing campaigns and improving ROI, etc.), Analytics, and Google Merchant Centre.
- Experience in using Google Tag Manager, site tagging, and attribution modeling.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of back-end technologies like Node JS and React.
- Understanding of APIs and functionalities.
- Knowledge of CRMs like Salesforce, Zoho, and HubSpot.
- Troubleshooting skills using debugging tools (e.g., web browser consoles).
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Prior experience in customer service and relationship management (Preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of CMS platforms at the UI level (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Joomla) or similar.
- Modest experience in maintaining websites with associated knowledge of HTML and JavaScript.
- Technologically capable to quickly learn customer service software applications and process customer implementations that do not necessarily follow a standard template/process.
- Experience working in a B2B environment, especially handling AMER clients.
