The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in design tools such as PPT presentation and AutoCAD.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the sales funnel and driving sales closure
  • Ensuring excellent customer experience during projects
  • Leading and owning quality and accuracy of design deliverables
  • Managing end-to-end project lifecycle
  • Desired Profile:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in interior design
  • Led and delivered minimum 5-6 residential projects
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools: PPT presentation, AutoCAD
  • Design expertise in Conceptual, Technical, and Modular design
  • Project expertise in Creating BOQs, Coordinating with internal and external agencies
  • Sales expertise in Sales Closure, Driving and leading Design meetings with customers
  • Behavioural attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication
  • High degree of Willingness to learn, Ability to drive performance among independent team members
