Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the sales funnel & drive sales closure
  • Own customer experience during a project
  • Lead and own quality & accuracy of design deliverables
  • Own an end-to-end project lifecycle
Desired Profile:
  • Minimum experience of 1 year as an interior designer
  • Led and delivered minimum 5-6 residential projects
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools: PPT presentation, AutoCAD
  • Design expertise in conceptual design, technical design, modular design, and civil works & services
  • Project expertise in creating BOQ for customers, coordinating with internal & external agencies
  • Sales expertise in sales closure, logical & trusted sales pitch, driving and leading design meetings with customers
  • Behavioural attributes: result-oriented, team work, integrity & ethics, crisp & meaningful communication, willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members
