Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Interior Design Specialist to drive sales and customer experience forward. As an expert in interior design, you will create innovative designs based on client conversations and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

• Own customer experience during projects
• Lead and own quality and accuracy of design deliverables
• Own end-to-end project lifecycle

Key Responsibilities:

As an Interior Design Specialist, your key responsibilities include:

1. Managing the sales funnel and driving sales closure through effective logical and trusted sales pitches
2. Coordinating design meetings with customers
3. Creating Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for clients and coordinating with internal and external agencies
4. Developing and maintaining high-quality design deliverables
5. Ensuring timely completion of projects and driving performance among team members
6. Providing crisp and meaningful communication to stakeholders

Requirements:

To be successful as an Interior Design Specialist, you must have:

• Graduation or relevant diploma
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an Interior Designer
• Delivered minimum 2 to 4 residential modular KWS projects
• Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD, and other relevant software
• Design expertise in conceptual design, technical design, modular design, civil works & services
• Project expertise in creating BOQs, coordinating with internal and external agencies
• Sales expertise in sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches
• Behavioral attributes of result-oriented, teamwork, integrity, ethics, crisp communication, and willingness to learn
