We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Risk Management Senior Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of facilities against relevant standards, collaborating with stakeholders, and promoting a risk-aware culture throughout the organization.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of in-scope facilities against ISO 27001, ISO 22301, SOC 1, and SOC 2 standards.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to support certification lifecycle management.
  • Engage stakeholders to manage compliance requirements through awareness initiatives and regular interactions.
  • Identify gaps and non-compliances, and work with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Promote a risk-aware culture throughout the organization.
  • Assist in scoping and develop a calendarized schedule of activities for regular monitoring.
  • Perform risk assessments based on our methodology and collaborate with stakeholders to develop remediation plans.
  • Adhere to defined escalation matrices to manage identified risks.
  • Coordinate and facilitate external audits with third parties.
  • Stay informed about the latest information security trends and threat landscapes.
  • Keep management informed of critical issues impacting customers, suppliers, or the company.
  • Introduce efficiencies to enhance existing programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any domain, preferably Information Technology or Computer Sciences.
  • Security Certifications like CISA/CRISC/Security+.
  • Relevant experience of 7-8 years in ISO 27001 & SSAE 18 /assessment and Risk management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, documentation, time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
