Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • We will work closely with leaders to identify, source, and hire top talent across the region.
  • We will advise managers and executives on building an efficient pipeline and proper workforce planning to reach hiring targets.
  • We will focus on recruiting for our assigned functions of the organization, depending on business needs.
  • We will ensure a high-touch candidate experience from beginning to end while owning full life cycle responsibilities.
  • We will partner closely with Human Resources, Hiring Managers, Business Operations teams, and all levels of leadership to present hiring recommendations and close candidates.
  • We will effectively collaborate with our team of HR Operations and HR Coordinators.
  • We will ensure weekly hiring updates and keep each stakeholder updated with dashboards.
  • We will manage vendors and their performance to ensure hiring within timelines alongside quality of hire.
  • We will ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS and other People systems.
  • We will execute Employer Branding Initiatives for Listenlights.

Essential Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Human Resource Management is preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in South East Asia, including Indonesia, Singapore, and India.
  • The ideal candidate should have proven experience in closing roles like Engineering Projects, Project Controls, BIM Modelling & Design, Corporate Functions, and Quality Control roles.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary.
  • Proven experience working with internal and external stakeholders is a must.
  • Extensive exposure to managing source mix - both internal and external job boards, such as Naukri, LinkedIn, iimjobs, updazz, and others.
  • Strong headhunting skills, with the ability to conduct market research and map target passive candidates through company mapping.
  • Negotiation skills and understanding of CTC calculation are essential.
  • The ability to prioritize and self-manage is crucial, as you support one of the fastest-growing departments in the company.
  • High energy, passion, and drive, with a strong positive outlook.
  • A database of top candidates for roles they have worked on is a must.
  • Application Tracking System (ATS) experience is necessary.
  • Familiarity with SOCH Principles is required.
  • Preferably, analytical abilities and past experience preparing weekly dashboards on hiring standpoint.
