About the position:

Lead a high-performing team to design, build, and run cloud-based applications and integrations. Partner with stakeholders, guide delivery, and raise quality through reviews, standards, and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and mentor the development team and manage delivery
  • Plan work, allocate resources, and track milestones
  • Build and customize cloud-based apps and integrations across various platforms
  • Design integration patterns and ensure secure, compliant solutions
  • Troubleshoot escalations and drive performance tuning
  • Maintain clear documentation and enable training and knowledge sharing
  • Stay current on cloud services and recommend useful adoption

Requirements

  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, Cloud Foundry, and integration suites.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python) and development tools.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud application programming models, UI5, and Fiori.
  • Experience with HANA and database modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SAP certification in relevant areas is a plus.
  • Experience in leading teams and driving initiatives.
  • Business process knowledge in ERP functional areas.
  • Experience in consulting and effort estimations for new applications or extensions of existing ones.
  • Ability to collaborate in a global team.
  • Pro-active attitude and flexibility regarding tasks and process improvements
