Our organization is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist to join our team.

This is a critical role that involves providing expert support for SAP SuccessFactors sub-modules, ensuring seamless configuration changes and integration issues are resolved efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing or supporting at least two SuccessFactors modules, including Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Central, Time Management, Payroll, Learning Management System, Performance and Goals Management, and Compensation.

  • Resolve incidents and change requests related to SuccessFactors sub-modules
  • Configuration changes and integration issues for global issues, including India
  • Documentation of configurations and business processes
  • Handholding in uploads of MDF and other objects, form template changes

The successful candidate will possess expertise in SAP HCM ECC knowledge in OM, PA, Time & Payroll modules and have a strong understanding of integrations within SuccessFactors and between SuccessFactors and SAP systems. Experience in coordinating with technical teams for custom requirements is also essential.

A minimum of 4 years of work experience is required for this position, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A diploma, graduate, or postgraduate degree from a recognized university is preferred.
