Our team is seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors expert with extensive experience in implementing and supporting the Recruiting (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and Onboarding (ONB) modules.

  • At least 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors
  • 3+ years in RCM (Recruiting Management)
  • 3+ years in RMK (Recruiting Marketing)
  • 2+ years in ONB (Onboarding)

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing effective solutions for RCM, RMK, and ONB modules
  • Collaborating with HR business teams to configure system functionalities and troubleshoot issues
  • Developing and maintaining system documentation and functional specs
  • Ensuring data privacy, security, and compliance
