We are seeking a skilled Language Coaching Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with call center agents, helping them improve their language skills and enhance their performance. As a Language Coaching Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of language proficiency, developing customized coaching plans, and delivering engaging coaching sessions.

You will also monitor and evaluate agents' performance during live customer interactions, providing real-time feedback and guidance. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Training and Development team to integrate language coaching into the overall call center training curriculum.
