Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our ServiceNow Sales and Order Management (SOM) implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement ServiceNow solutions with 12 years of experience, ensuring alignment with organizational processes.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Sales and Order Management processes in various organizations.
  • Design, configure, and customize the SOM module according to organizational requirements.
  • Lead the design and implementation of key ServiceNow modules: SOM, Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO), and Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Promote extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow core platform, focusing on security, performance, and compliance.
  • Foster expertise in third-party integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, E-bonding, and other methods.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and pain points, translating them into functional specifications.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for successful end-user adoption.
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the implementation phase.
  • Ensure seamless data flow by collaborating with technical teams to define and manage integrations with external and internal systems.
  • Provide ongoing platform/module support to users, addressing their queries and issues.
  • Document processes, configurations, and customizations to produce comprehensive user guides and training materials.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrate implementation experience in Sales and Order Management for the Telecommunications industry.
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) are beneficial.
  • Showcase strong leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
