Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Finance & Accounts department.

Functional Role: DVP/VP – Finance & Accounts

Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur

Department: Finance & Accounts

Experience Required: Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in banking/financial institutions

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall integrity of financial reporting, robust maintenance of the chart of accounts, and the implementation and management of accounting systems.

This includes leading a large team, collaborating directly with banking leadership to ensure compliance, efficiency, and innovation in all financial processes.

The successful candidate will also ensure accurate and timely completion of all financial activities and reporting.

  • Ensure proper design, continuous review, and effective maintenance of the bank's chart of accounts to meet evolving business and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), RBI guidelines, and all statutory and internal controls. Lead audit preparation and respond to regulatory queries.

The role requires exceptional leadership skills, strong communication and analytical skills, and a strong adherence to ethics and integrity.

Key Skills:

Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of core banking platforms (Finacle, Flexcube), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and advanced MS Excel.

Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead large teams, drive change, and influence at the executive level.
