Job Title: Backend Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Backend Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building backend software for web-based or mobile products, leveraging modern AI tools for efficiency and effectiveness.

The successful applicant will be responsible for designing and maintaining multiple technologies, including API backend, credit scoring and underwriting systems, payments integrations, and operations tools.

  • Designing and implementing APIs and backend systems for frontend clients, including our Android mobile app.
  • Integrating with various third-party systems, including payment systems, identity providers, and messaging platforms.
  • Scaling our backend services to ever-growing levels of traffic and complexity.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in software development, with expertise in languages such as Java, Python, or C++. They should also have experience working with cloud-based technologies and agile methodologies.
