Job Title: Data Architect Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled data architect to lead the design and development of complex data models for analytics services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling with experience in requirements gathering, creating data mapping documents, writing functional specifications, and queries for data warehouses, data lakes, and dimensional data models.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure that our data models are scalable, efficient, and meet the needs of our clients. The successful candidate will drive business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex data models for analytics services using Oracle, IBM DB2, and GCP
  • Collaborate with data architects and modelers to achieve common goals
  • Develop and implement ETL processes to move large volumes of data from operational systems to dimensional data models
  • Work with QA teams to define testing strategies and drive automation in modeling activities
  • Provide guidance to development teams on best practices and design patterns for analytics solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in hybrid data environments with distributed and relational database technologies
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing principles and architecture
  • Experience in OLTP and OLAP systems
  • Excellent data analysis skills and ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Good understanding of agile methodology and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical users
