The Role

As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal part in building relationships with users and partners, communicating KLYM's vision clearly, friendliness, and persuasiveness. Your responsibilities include making outbound calls, explaining product features and benefits in simple relatable language, following up on leads, inquiries, and maintaining CRM records. You will also support customer outreach campaigns and gather feedback to ensure an excellent customer experience in every interaction.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication Skills in Hindi and English
  • Confident and Empathetic Phone Handling
  • Prior experience in telesales, customer support, or lead generation is preferred
  • Basic Computer Skills in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Positive Attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
