Site Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the execution of projects, manage vendors and labour, and ensure timely completion of sites.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Estimation and BOQ preparation: Prepare accurate estimates and bills of quantities for projects.
  • Procurement Management: Source materials and services from reputable vendors and manage their delivery schedules.
  • Vendor and Labour Management: Manage relationships with contractors, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Execution Confidence: Demonstrate confidence in site execution, ensuring that all stakeholders know the project plan and timeline.
Requirements:
  • Ability to effectively coordinate and lead construction teams.
  • Strong estimation, BOQ preparation, and billing skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor follow-ups.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
