About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Solving complex, cross-functional problems that require innovative thinking and strategic execution.
  • Collaborating with Sales to identify revenue-growth opportunities and develop strategies to maximize results.
  • Working closely with Customer Success to drive outcomes on critical KPIs such as trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn.
  • Owning and driving key partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and timely execution.
  • Leading company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR, focusing on process improvements and organizational health projects.
  • Supporting strategic hiring efforts, including workforce planning and closing key roles in Sales, CS, and Ops.
  • Driving revenue and capacity planning, aligning resources and targets with the CEO and team leads.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an early-stage startup environment on the business side.
  • A passion for business operations, sales, and problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • The capacity to switch between different domains (support, sales, HR) without losing depth or focus.
  • An understanding of early-stage startup imperfections and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, disorderly environment.
  • High agency and adaptability to make things happen and achieve results.
