Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Assurance Manager to lead our financial statement audits and drive quality results.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in US GAAP general accounting and financial statement review, with a proven track record of overseeing medium to complex engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive audit strategies
  • Mentor and train junior staff on technical issues
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies and industry standards
  • Design and implement effective audit approaches
  • Prepare and review final reports

Requirements for Success:

  • CA/ACCA/CPA/CA with 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Strong leadership skills and a proactive approach
  • Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and International standards of Auditing (ISA)
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
