Hiring – Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (Direct Tax & Compliance) | Pune

M R O & Associates
is looking for a Semi-Qualified CA (Inter cleared / 2–5 yrs experience) to support our team in ITR preparation, GST/TDS compliance, Advance Tax workings, and Tax Audit annexures for ~30 key clients.

Location: Pune

Salary: As per Industry Standards (based on experience)

Skills: Direct tax compliance, GST/TDS returns, audit documentation, good Excel & tax software knowledge (Winman/Genius/ClearTax).

Role: Prepare & review tax filings, assist in audits, coordinate with clients, and work under a Qualified CA's guidance.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tax and Audit Manager located in Pune. The Tax and Audit Manager will be responsible for financial statements, analyzing financial data, managing finance operations, accounting tasks, and conducting financial audits.

  • Financial Statements and Accounting skills
  • Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
  • Experience in conducting Financial Audits
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • CA / semi qualified CA is must
  • Knowledge of Tax Laws and Regulations
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
