HR Generalist Position

This role plays a pivotal part in overseeing key aspects of human resources management within an organization. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and be adept at handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management:

• Develop performance appraisal processes, including annual goal setting, periodic assessments, and calibration with leadership teams.

• Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance issues and development plans.

• Implement employee recognition programs to enhance engagement and retention.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs.

• Provide guidance to leadership on salary revisions and bonus payouts, and address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.

Learning and Development:

• Work with stakeholders to identify gaps in technical competencies and soft skills across job roles.

• Implement various delivery methods, including workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training, to cater to diverse learning styles.

• Coordinate with subject matter experts and external trainers to ensure high-quality delivery of technical and soft skills training sessions.

Culture and Employee Engagement:

• Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes inclusivity and productivity.

• Develop strategies to measure and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.

• Ensure effective communication channels to keep employees informed.

Organizational Design:

• Assess and design organizational structures to support business goals and improve efficiency.

• Clearly define roles and responsibilities to ensure clarity and accountability.

Employee Relations:

• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that support organizational development goals.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, along with a PG degree in HR from a reputable institute.

• Minimum of 8 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the IT industry.

• Strong knowledge of Labor laws.

• Excellent computer skills in MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Exposure to HRMS tools.

• Understanding of LMS tools will be an advantage.
