Port Infrastructure Lead

We seek an expert to lead port and marine infrastructure projects, utilizing strong engineering expertise to ensure timely completion and adhere to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engineering & Construction of Marine Systems: Oversee the design and planning of breakwater systems for effective protection of port infrastructure.
  • Project Management: Ensure the successful execution of projects, maintaining strict adherence to budget, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coastal Engineering Expertise: Apply knowledge of hydrodynamics, coastal erosion, and sediment transport to optimize breakwater and shoreline protection.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Foster collaboration among government bodies, environmental agencies, contractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Environmental Compliance: Ensure the implementation of sustainable practices and HSE guidelines to minimize environmental impact during construction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in breakwater construction or coastal engineering projects.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing breakwater systems, including knowledge of materials and coastal processes.
  • Ability to manage large teams and collaborate across departments to achieve project goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in challenging coastal environments.

The ideal candidate holds a B.E. (Civil Engineering) degree and Coastal Engineering Certification (preferred but not mandatory). Experience working in the Kerala region or on Indian port development projects is also preferred.
