Job Title

    We are seeking a strategic and experienced Engineering Program Manager to drive innovative initiatives within our Digital Enablement and Care team. This role will focus on transforming Help Content into a modular format, improving product adoption and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve Help Content modularity and user experience.
  • Collaborate with Category Leads to amplify the Voice of Customer (VoC) and define priorities.
  • Manage delivery of high-quality content and services.
  • Implement LLM-based tools for content authors and editors to improve content creation and curation.
  • Expand operational capacity by scaling vendor partnerships and accelerating delivery timelines.
Requirements:
  • 10-12+ years of technical program management experience leading cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of engineering processes, product development life cycles, and technical concepts.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering (Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus).
  • Relevant certifications in project/program management.
