Your Mission

As a seasoned AI innovator, you will lead the team to transform ambitious concepts into robust software. You will guide your colleagues, setting the standard for technical excellence.

- Design and develop end-to-end AI solutions with a focus on scalability and quality.

- Apply your expertise in software engineering best practices, design patterns, and microservice architecture to build high-performance solutions.

- Work across the full stack using C#, .NET, SQL, and modern front-end frameworks like React/Angular.

Core Software Engineering Mastery

- Expertise in an Object-Oriented Language : Deep experience in C# and the .NET ecosystem. We also consider exceptional candidates with a similar depth of experience in Java, Python, or Go who are willing to adapt.

- Architectural Excellence : Designed scalable systems using microservice architecture, REST APIs, and modern design patterns.

- Cloud Native Fluency : Deployed and managed services on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Database Proficiency : Strong command of both SQL and understanding of when to use NoSQL databases.

Applied AI Exposure & Interest

- LLM Integration Experience : Built applications integrating with major LLM APIs (e.g., Azure OpenAI , Anthropic, Google Gemini).

- AI Orchestration Interest : Experienced with AI orchestration frameworks like Semantic Kernel, LangChain , or LlamaIndex .

- Semantic Search Concepts : Familiar with semantic search and vector databases (e.g., RAG).

- Model Context Management : Exposed to model state and context management systems like MCP servers.

Leadership & Mentorship

- Proven Technical Leadership : 8+ years of software development experience with a track record of leading teams, mentoring developers, and driving projects to completion.

- Exceptional Collaboration : Communicate complex technical concepts effectively with product managers and business stakeholders.
