Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Role
">DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis manager to lead our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. They will also possess experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools, as well as strong leadership and project management skills.
">Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Financial Strategies: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead Financial Planning and Budgeting Processes: Lead the development of annual budgets and monthly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze Financial Performance: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
