Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team. As a senior finance professional, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to the business units.
Responsibilities:
- Commercial Finance Expertise: You will act as a single point of contact for the business units and provide commercial finance expertise to cater for their specific requirements.
- Financial Reporting: You will create and generate commercial finance reports by following established desktop procedures (DTPs) and ensure that DTPs are continuously updated in line with process changes.
- Performance Management: You will perform performance management reporting, including insightful commentary on variances and business performance.
- Financial Modelling: You will develop and maintain complex financial models for performance scorecards, annual operating plans, and rolling forecasts.
- Data Analysis: You will collect and analyze data to support decision-making and provide actionable insights to the business units.
- Collaboration: You will work closely with data scientists and modellers to test outputs and refine them.
- Communication: You will engage with the business unit Commercial Finance teams regularly to discuss business performance updates and seek feedback.
- Process Improvement: You will support the Commercial Finance Tower lead in projects related to simplification and standardization of reports and provide assistance as a subject matter expert in process improvement and technological enhancements.
- Governance: You will participate in the Centre of Excellence monthly management committee meetings to track initiatives progress, change requests, policy changes, and overall centre performance.

Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in finance and planning with specific experience in commercial finance.
- 3+ years of experience working in a business.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in commerce/business administration/economics with high-level finance and accounting experience.
- Tableau knowledge is required.
- Sound knowledge of financial systems (SAP, Tableau, MS Office, and other financial reporting systems).
- Strong understanding of business processes (financial and commercial).
- Strong technical knowledge and experience of both management reporting and planning processes.
- Experience working with FMCG sector.
- Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language.
