Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to CDN services (Akamai, Cloudfront) and cloud-based applications.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff.
  • Document support interactions and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
  • Proactively seek knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest CDN and cloud technologies.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs.
  • Assist in the testing and deployment of new CDN configurations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong interest in technology and a desire to learn.
  • A basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bonus points for experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zoho, Jira, Zendesk).
