The role of Air Pricing Strategist is a critical position within our organization, responsible for developing and executing national air freight strategies to ensure alignment with global standards and continuous process improvement.
This strategic thinker will oversee daily air operations, ensuring timely and compliant execution, as well as service consistency across locations. Additionally, this role involves optimizing end-to-end logistics functions, including transport, warehousing, and distribution, in line with our Quality Management System (QMS).
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement and relationships with airlines and service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and capacity availability. Furthermore, they will supervise air freight pricing activities, from spot quotes to tenders, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and visibility.
Key Responsibilities include:
- National Air Freight Strategy: Develop and execute national air freight strategies to ensure alignment with global standards and continuous process improvement.
- Air Operations: Oversee daily air operations, ensuring timely and compliant execution, as well as service consistency across locations.
- Logistics Optimization: Optimize end-to-end logistics functions, including transport, warehousing, and distribution, in line with our QMS.
- Procurement: Manage procurement and relationships with airlines and service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness and capacity availability.
- Air Freight Pricing: Supervise air freight pricing activities, from spot quotes to tenders, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and visibility.
