Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively communicating with customers, providing prompt and efficient service, and managing sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix.

You will demonstrate excellent time-management skills, maintain or exceed targeted performance metrics, and actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends to suggest process improvements.

  • Effective communication in a clear and professional manner at all times
  • Prompt and efficient service to customers/delivery partners
  • Manage sensitive cases by reporting up the escalation matrix
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A degree in any specialization from a recognized university
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English language
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
  • Good comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
  • Ability to concentrate – follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
  • Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
  • Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Demonstrate an ability to successfully navigate websites
  • Demonstrate a proficient knowledge of email applications
