Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Solar Power Plant Design Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design activities of solar power plants, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and structural engineering, with experience in designing and managing large-scale solar power plant projects. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Activities

Lead the design activities of solar power plants, including conceptual design, detailed design, and documentation.

Project Management

Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Team Leadership

Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.

Communication

Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Problem-Solving

Identify and resolve technical issues and conflicts that may arise during the project.

Qualifications:

Civil and Structural Engineering Background

A bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering, or a related field.

Experience

At least 8-20 years of experience in designing and managing large-scale solar power plant projects.

Leadership and Communication Skills

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

CAD Software

Proficient in CAD software, including AutoCAD and Revit.

Microsoft Office

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Time Management

Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
