Job Title: Solar Energy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Solar Energy Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of solar power projects on site, ensuring timely delivery and commissioning of commercial and industrial solar installations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning & Management: Develop detailed project plans, prepare method statements, and coordinate the delivery of equipment to site.
  • Safety Management: Ensure compliance with client-side safety protocols, conduct regular reporting, and ensure availability of personal protective equipment (PPE) for on-site teams.
  • Billing & Documentation: Create delivery challans, share certified documentation with relevant teams, and collaborate with clients to gather required documentation for billing purposes.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in site management of solar PV projects.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in site management of solar PV projects, preferably up to 1 MW in size.
  • Technical expertise in electrical networks and solar power project design/execution.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical skills, effective communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
