Job Description

Employvision is seeking a seasoned Proposal Writer to join our team. As a key member of our pre-sales function, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling proposals that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of RFP/RFQ/RFI management, Bid Management, Capture management, and US Federal government contracting. Experience with USA Federal/State/County and Commercial clients is a must.

Key responsibilities will include anchoring responses to proactive (proposals) as well as reactive (RFP/RFI) bids, identifying opportunities for improvement, and preparing sales collaterals. You will also assist the sales team in developing account penetration strategies and implementing account-specific sales plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in an IT services/staffing company, preferably in pre-sales and proposal writing.
  • Strong understanding of US Federal government, SLED contracting, and federal procurement regulations.
  • Experience with RFP/RFQ/RFI management, Bid Management, and End-to-End sales life cycle.
  • Good presentation skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to navigate various stakeholders to design compelling solutions/proposals.
  • Hands-on experience in Proposal writing and strong written and verbal communication skills.
