  • Key Account Management/ Relationship building with Principals is a crucial aspect of this role, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Approaching Grade A schools for student engagement activities, Conduct events and capture leads are essential responsibilities that demand creativity, planning, and execution.
  • Provides accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
  • Data driven approach to plan the bouquet of activities across different accounts and cities, with clearly defined timelines and objective output as a goal is a key strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Organizes resources basis prioritization matrix built on market attractiveness and opportunity size to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
  • Co-ordinates with marketing to ensure sales briefcases reach each resource on time, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
  • Expands the consultants network and increases output from the existing consultants by identifying new opportunities, developing partnerships, and enhancing skill sets.
  • Expands the school network and increases output from the existing school accounts by establishing strong relationships, promoting services, and driving business growth.
  • Capability building: Ensures self and team build competency through a well-defined training inventory, upskilling and reskilling to meet evolving business needs.
  • Ensures a minimum number of field visits for self on a weekly basis, optimizing productivity while maintaining strong customer connections.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in Education Industry is essential to succeed in this role.
  • Able to deliver presentation confidently and effectively, engaging audiences and conveying key messages.
  • Excellent Communication Skills are vital to build relationships, negotiate agreements, and resolve conflicts.
  • Must have strong network of premium school connections to leverage opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Able to interact with senior authorities in schools, establishing credibility and trust.
  • Open to travel, adapting to changing circumstances and embracing new experiences.
